Shadow diagrams
Now compulsory for the development application process, required from the local councils is a tool to analyse where and when shadow will impact the property and the neighbours. We can provide shadow diagrams for any date and time of the year, for existing conditions or future development. In order to assist with the development process, we can provide vertical shadow diagrams on the neighbouring facades, if required and if information is available.
Shadow diagrams can take approximately 2-5 working days depending on the availability o information and various requirements.
We can provide hard or soft copies, of the final layouts or part drawings to be included in clients drawings.
