Combines 3D modelling with a real photos from the site of the proposed building. This enables us to visualise as accurately as possible the placement of the new building, in relationship with the adjoining built environment.
The vast majority of councils in Australia are starting to require this study as compulsory for DA approvals. The accuracy and quality of our photomontages will help everyone to understand the impact of the proposed development to the surroundings and will avoid any issues that can cause delays of construction process.
We usually work with the pictures form the site provided by the client, however we can go and take the pictures form the best and advantageous viewpoints for the montage.
The photomontages take approximately 2-5 working days depending on the availability of required information and complexity of the development.
